Whenever I go to a website and then see this big CloudFlare “Performing security verification” – I wait 1 or 2 seconds if I need to do anything then I click off. I am just an average internet user and don’t have time to wait for webpages to load up. I have no idea why website owners do this; I’m guessing it’s for security reasons. But and a big BUT. Most of the sites I visit don’t really have much for hackers to do; they are just some forum sites or blogs with articles on certain domain-specific information.

Website owners must be aware that they are losing so much traffic for installing CloudFlare on their sites. There must be a faster and more efficient way. Why are so many sites subjecting themselves to this?
